Ingredients
- – 1 lb ground turkey sausage
- – 6 large eggs
- – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- – ½ cup milk
- – ½ cup diced bell peppers
- – ½ cup diced onions
- – 1 cup fresh spinach
- – 1 tsp garlic powder
- – ½ tsp black pepper
- – ½ tsp salt
- – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Sauté vegetables – add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
4. Whisk eggs & milk in a large bowl, then add seasonings.
5. Combine everything – mix the cooked sausage, veggies, half the cheese, and egg mixture.
6. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing & serving.
